These terms cover the photo retouching service sold on brighterlistings.com. By checking out, you agree to them.

What you get

• Retouching of every photo on the one listing you give us, up to 40 photos, for a flat $200.
• Fixes to light, color, straightness and window exposure. We do not add, remove or move objects, fake views, or virtually stage rooms.
• Full-resolution files delivered by download link, normally within 48 hours of your order.

Redos and refunds

If something feels off, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll redo those photos free. If we still can’t get it right, we’ll refund your order.

Your photos and your rights

• You confirm you own the photos on your listing or have the right to have them edited.
• You own the retouched photos and can use them anywhere.
• We only show your photos as examples if you say yes in writing.

What we don’t promise

Better photos help guests see your place clearly, but we can’t promise more bookings or a specific search ranking. BrighterListings is not affiliated with Airbnb or Vrbo, and you’re responsible for following their rules when you upload photos.
