This is how BrighterListings handles your information, in plain language. Short version: we collect what we need to retouch your photos and get them back to you, and nothing else.

What we collect

• Your name, email and payment details when you check out. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• The listing link you give us at checkout, and the photos already public on that listing.
• Basic campaign information (like which ad you clicked) attached to your order, so we know which ads work.

Ads measurement

If you tap “Allow” on our cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and checkouts. If you tap “No thanks”, it never loads. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

How we use it

• To retouch your photos and deliver them.
• To email you about your order, redo or refund.
• To understand which of our ads are working.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Your photos

Your photos stay yours. We only use them to do your order. We will never show your photos on our website or in ads unless you tell us yes in writing first.

How long we keep things

We keep your original and retouched photos for 90 days after delivery so we can handle redos, then delete them. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.
